We treat our pets with Revolution regularly and they haven't been scratching but we had a flea-afflicted dog in our house very briefly and I think I've seen a couple of fleas and a single bite on one of us.
I spoke to my vet & he tells me fleas die after biting pets treated with Prevention, that the pets will act as "vacuums", even if fleas have bitten us & laid eggs they will be killed off because they prefer to bite dogs & cats. He said we didn't even need to treat our home. We haven't seen any more fleas or any more bites!
Can my dog get fleas/ticks just by walking around the block? There are other dogs in the area (all owned, no strays), he'd be walking on the sidewalk and possibly through other people's yards.
This is a parody of "Feliz Navidad" by Jose Feliciano that my mom and I came up with when I was little. (yes, I love the song--we both did--but that didn't stop us from parodying it; I've never parodied a song I didn't like yet). We joked with it all the time, changing some of the lyrics, but always keeping the "fleas on a dog". This was the final rendition we came up with before she died. It was always so much fun with her around the Holidays. I miss not having her around anymore. So, Mom, this is something I hope you can look down and enjoy. I tried to green screen the video, but for whatever odd reason, my computer was giving me fits tonight. The green screen software worked fine, putting the video together went fine, but when I rendered it all together (or tried to, anyway), it kept telling me that it could not save the file. I've NEVER had this kind of problem before, so after almost 2 hours of frustration, I finally just went with the original un-green screened footage, and it worked! So, sorry it doesn't have the cool Christmas background I wanted to include, but this is the best I could do with the moody POS computer I have. my dog has a big flea problem and i need to get rid of them A.S.A.P. i shower him,i put flea powder on him,and i put dog flea sprayer(liquid) on him but that doesnt seem to help at all cause' when he comes out of the tub the first thing he does is SCRATCH!!!!
